In order to address and successfully deliver the e-card to your chosen recipient we require a First and Last Name as well a valid Email address. We also require your First and Last Name and a valid Email address so we can let the recipient know who sent the e-card and we can send you a copy as well. We completely respect your privacy and as a matter of Family Violence Prevention Fund policy we WILL NOT sell or distribute any personal information that you submit.
