Macy's is the Founding National Partner of the RESPECT! Campaign and has invested more than $3.85 million to help us create futures without violence. Below are the additional ways in which Macy's has supported the RESPECT! Campaign and increased awareness about the critical role we all play in promoting respect in relationships.

In honor of Mother's Day, consumers can send a free mother's day card on Facebook and help Futures Without Violence win a chance at $400,000! Each time a card is sent and Futures Without Violence is selected, Macy's will donate $5 up to a total of $400,000 in support of our violence prevention education programs!

Since 2008, the RESPECT! Campaign has been one of two non-profit organizations selected as a national beneficiary of Macy's Shop For A Cause charity shopping day. For every $5 shopping pass sold, a portion is donated to Futures Without Violence, formerly Family Violence Prevention Fund.

Ne-Yo PromotionNe-Yo Promotion
When Ne-Yo debuted his hit song "Heroes" in spring of 2010, customers had an exclusive opportunity to download the song on macys.com and for each download, Macy's Alfani brand donated $1 to the RESPECT! Campaign, for a total of $50,000.

Queen Latifah
When Queen Latifah introduced her new fragrance at Macy's in 2009. A portion of the proceeds from her debut sales benefited the RESPECT! Campaign.

Bracelet
RESPECT! Bracelet Macy's created a bespoke RESPECT! bracelet in 2008, which sold for $5 and half the proceeds benefitted the RESPECT! Campaign.

Employee Engagement
Every year, between Mother's Day and Father's Day, Macy's hosts a Season of RESPECT! for its 170,000 employees. This special employee education and awareness initiative is a groundbreaking model for employee education and involvement, inspiring individuals from all walks of life to participate in positive solutions to create safer homes and communities for all of our families.

Parents: Start relating before they start dating PSA Campaign

Macy's is a participant in our latest national education campaign among parents. Featured here with "Parents: Start relating before they start dating" this PSA is part of our national effort to curb teen dating violence. PSAs can be seen in transit shelters, airports and malls across the U.S.

Since 2004, Macy's executives have played a leading role in our annual Founding Fathers campaign. Each Father's Day, Futures Without Violence, issues a statement in the New York Times and lists men who are declaring their public support and investing personal dollars to prevent violence in relationships.

Futures Without Violence at the Presidio
Futures Without Violence, formerly Family Violence Prevention Fund will mark a major milestone as we open our doors to a new national landmark, Futures Without Violence at the Presidio National Park. screenie 2011-04-27 at 5.13.17 PM.png Located on the Main Post of this federal park, Futures Without Violence at the Presidio will be the first and only public place in the world that is solely dedicated to engaging the public - parents, teachers, coaches, and others who are influential in the lives of young people - as well as professionals such as judges, doctors, policy makers, and community leaders, in positive solutions to end and prevent violence against women, children and families throughout the United States and beyond.

Macy's Cultural Kitchen Macy's Cultural Center
The Macy's Cultural Kitchen at Futures Without Violence at the Presidio is a truly dynamic entertaining and event space, equipped with a chef's demonstration style kitchen as well as dining and lounge room furnishings to accommodate special culinary and social events. The Macy's Cultural Kitchen will be a unique facility where we will "break bread" with individuals from around the world who share our vision for a world without violence.
